Kenny became Senior Pastor of CLIC in 2019, after seven years as associate pastor at Clayton Church of Christ Fellowship in Melbourne.
He holds a Master of Divinity from Melbourne School of Theology, a Licentiate of Theology from Harvest Bible College, and a Bachelor of Business Systems from Monash University.
He is passionate about evangelism and missions, and about preaching the whole of Scripture so believers are established in their faith and daily walk with the Lord.
Kenny is married to Sin Kiew and they have three children. In his spare time he enjoys pickleball, walks with Sin Kiew and being out in nature.
Randel Fang
Pastor
Serving since 2021 in prayer, pastoral care and preaching, helping believers know what they believe and why.

Randel was called to serve at CLIC in 2021, after retiring in 2019 as Director of Global Pathogen Safety at CSL Behring. At CLIC he serves in prayer, pastoral care and preaching, and supports our Senior Pastor.
He came to know the Lord in 1969 through the example and testimony of a classmate and friend, and has served in churches and Christian organisations in England, Malaysia and Australia.
He longs to see believers of every age established in their faith, knowing what they believe and why, and seeing that all Scripture is as relevant and practical today as it was for the early church.
Randel is married to Carol, whom he met while serving together in London. They have two adult children and a granddaughter. He enjoys reading, music of many styles, and walks in God's creation.

Children and Youth Pastor
Leads Kingdom Kids and Youth, connecting the next generation with God's heart.

Daniel joined CLIC in June 2023, leaving a career in finance to answer God's call to full-time ministry, and was called as our Children and Youth Pastor in 2025. He oversees Kingdom Kids and Youth.
He is passionate about connecting young people with God's heart and helping them live out their God-given calling. He is completing a Bachelor of Ministry at Melbourne School of Theology and has served as an adviser to Overseas Christian Fellowship since 2014.
Daniel is known for his sense of humour and his love for people and food. He is married to Jasmine and they have two daughters. Away from work you'll find him trying new places to eat, cycling or repairing bikes.
Jim Zheng
Mandarin Congregation Lead
A follower of Jesus for over 30 years who loves teaching the Bible, preaching and praying for others.

Jim is from Fujian, China, and came to Melbourne as an international student in the 1990s. He has followed Jesus for more than 30 years and is known and respected for his humility and steadiness.
He loves teaching the Bible, preaching and praying for others, sharing God's love and truth. He is studying at Melbourne School of Theology to grow in theology and pastoral care, and is committed to teaching, sharing the gospel and bringing God's truth and grace to more people.

Rev. Ken is well known to many in our church family. He founded CLIC and served as our pastor until 2019, when he sensed the Lord's call to focus on missions and on raising up and empowering the next generation of leaders and church planters through Re-Gen Ministries Australia.
Together with his wife Carol and daughter Claire, he remains an active and committed part of the CLIC community.
